Using warm water to gargle is not a rocket science or a new remedy. This practice exists from a long-long time in our houses. Always done whenever there is a cough and cold to give relief to you throat.
This may not be a perfect solution to kill Covid-19 but can help your throat stay healthy and do not let virus to stay in throat or nasal, if at all that is where it stays. I would urge all the people to add some rock salt in warm water and gargle it once or twice a day.
In addition to soothing a sore throat, gargling with warm salt water helps relieve toothache symptoms as well. And minus the salt, regular gargling of plain water may help prevent upper respiratory tract infections, according to research.
